A passionate dog groomer with over 18 years of experience, starting her grooming journey at just 15 years old. Grooming isn’t just a job for Caisha, it’s something she genuinely loves, and she takes pride in making every dog feel safe, comfortable, and cared for as if they were her own.
Caisha foundedSilhouetteGrooming in 2015 and couldn’t imagine doing anything else. Over the years, she has built a beautiful team of staff who truly love what they do, strive for perfection, and treat every dog with patience, kindness, and love.
Caisha also has a special love and talent for anything Chihuahua — especially the fiery little Chihuahuas! Known for her calm and patient approach, she has a wonderful reputation for helping even the most spirited Chihuahuas relax, settle, and actually enjoy their grooming experience.
When she’s not in the salon, Caisha is a devoted Chihuahua mum to an incredible 11 Chihuahuas — yes, 11! She dreams of getting into showing them one day, but for now her focus is on her passion for grooming, keeping up with her busy Chihuahua household, and enjoying life as a new mum to her little girl, with her husband by her side.

Meet Sarah- Sarah has been grooming atsilhouettefor over a decade now, she’s practically part of the furniture. Sarah works well with some of the more anxious dogs that come in for grooming, as well as being the go to for any more intricate breed pattern grooms. Sarah is also our resident Rabbit and Guinea pig manicurist, having experienced with owning her own Guinea pigs in the past. Sarah has a Yorkshire terrier and a Chihuahua at home and looks forward to having a lot more Yorkies in her future, perhaps getting into showing them. When she isn’t atSilhouette(which isn’t very often) Sarah enjoys arts and crafts, as well as sewing, She’s always on hand if we need something made or mended.

The friendly face you’ll find buzzing aroundSilhouette, helping keep everything running smoothly. From customer service and managing bookings to answering phone calls and even lending a hand drying dogs, Megan is always happy to help wherever needed.
Born into a true “doggy” family, continuing a lifelong passion for dogs came naturally to her. The breed closest to Megan’s heart is the Newfoundland, and she has spent many years being proudly owned by, breeding, showing, and working with these gentle giants. In her spare time Megan enjoys going to the theatre, and working her dogs in all types of sports and conformation showing. Her love and experience with dogs shines through in everything she does atSilhouette.

20 years old and has been grooming for 3 years, with a passion for caring for animals of all kinds — although dogs are definitely her favourite! At home, she has a Labrador and a Border Collie, which has helped grow her love and understanding of dogs even more.
Known for her calm and gentle approach, Brodie is especially great with anxious or nervous dogs, helping them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for throughout their grooming experience. She’s also a bit of a perfectionist, always taking pride in the little details and making sure every groom looks its absolute best. Her patience and love for animals shine through in every appointment.

Grace has been grooming dogs for over three years and is passionate about making every grooming experience positive, safe, and stress-free. She believes every dog deserves to be treated with patience, love, and care — just like one of her own. Grace holds a qualification in animal care and learnt many of her grooming skills alongside her senior dog, Ollie, who inspired her love for grooming. When she’s not at the salon, Grace enjoys exploring the outdoors, camping, reading, and going to the gym.

Hi, I’m Angie! I’ve been grooming dogs for the past 2 years, following my passion for caring for and working with dogs. Before stepping into the pet grooming industry, I built my career as an administration professional with experience in finance, dispute resolution, and customer service.
I hold a Certificate III in Animal Care (Pet Grooming), and I treat every dog with patience, love, and care — just as if they were my own. I understand that every dog has their own personality and needs, and I always aim to create a calm, positive grooming experience.
At home, I’m a proud dog mum to a Jack Russell and a Cavoodle. Outside of grooming, I enjoy walking my dogs, participating in parkrun, shopping, and spending quality time with my family.

Hi, I’m Mia! I’m currently studying a Certificate in Dog Grooming and Animal Care while learning all the ins and outs of professional grooming. I’ve always had a huge passion for animals, especially dogs, so being part of the team at Silhouette has truly been a dream come true.
Working alongside such a caring and professional team has been incredibly inspiring. The girls at Silhouette have an amazing depth of knowledge, and their dedication to both their work and the dogs in their care is something I admire every day. I absolutely love being part of a team that treats every dog with so much love, patience, and attention.

Hi, I’m Chris. I’m a proud mum of five children and grandmother to twelve beautiful grandchildren. Life has taken me on many adventures, from living overseas in London, Hong Kong and Vanuatu, to spending ten wonderful years in Sydney, NSW. I’ve also been fortunate enough to travel to many countries around the world, with Egypt, Italy and Vanuatu holding a special place in my heart.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked in Customs, pharmacy, cosmetics and retail, with customer service always at the centre of everything I do. Over the past 40 years, I’ve built extensive experience working with respected retailers including David Jones and Myer, as well as in pharmacy and cosmetic retail after completing my Certificate IV in Pharmacy.
One of my proudest professional achievements was being selected as State Manager Consultant for Clarins, before going on to become National Consultant among more than 900 consultants across Australia. As well as speaking at the World Conference on breastfeeding in Sydney.
Animals have always been a huge part of my life. While living in Hong Kong, I worked at a zoo helping care for and feed the animals. At home, I have three much-loved chihuahuas who completely rule the roost! Being surrounded by dogs every day atSilhouetteGrooming truly feels like a dream job.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy camping and caravanning, fishing, puzzles, live concerts, theatre and travelling whenever I can. I feel incredibly lucky to now be part of theSilhouetteGrooming family, where I can combine my passion for customer care with my love of animals every single day.
