Refund policy

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

·       has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it

·       is unsafe

·       is significantly different from the sample or description

·       doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase – e.g. your receipt.

We are more than happy to exchange a product not suited for the purchased intention within 7 days of the purchase.  The item must be in its original state at time of purchase, with tags attached and or in its original packaging. Strictly no 'change of mind' refunds or exchanges on sales items. Strictly no 'change of mind' refunds or exchanges after 7 days from purchase. Returns for any change of mind does not include shipping costs, except in the case of faulty items etc. Returns of items for these reasons may include a restocking / admin fee.

GROOMING SERVICES ~ It is the goal of 'Silhouette Grooming & Pet Supplies' and its staff to make your dog's grooming experience as enjoyable and safe as possible.
Please advise us of any existing medical conditions your dog may have and any problems previous groomers may have encountered (eg biting, warts etc). This will help us give your dog the best experience possible.
'Silhouette Grooming & Pet Supplies' will not be held responsible for clipper burn and/or minor nicks resulting from grooming of matted, neglected coats or for irritation caused by removing coat from pets possessing mild to severe skin allergy.
Although all due care is taken, please understand that we are working with live, moving animals and very sharp equipment, as such there is always the risk, albeit rare, of injury to both the dogs and ourselves.
In leaving your dog at our premises for grooming you hereby release Silhouette Grooming & Pet Supplies' from all responsibility for any injury incurred to your dog, or medical problem which may be uncovered, during the grooming process.
Should the dog require veterinary care or medical expenses during or after the grooming process it is at the dog's owner's expense.

It is the goal of ‘silhouette grooming & pet supplies' to provide each and every client with not only a stylish and neat groom/clip but also one which is
comfortable and practical.
Unless clients make specific requests as to the grooming required, we will perform what we consider the most appropriate groom/clip for the condition of the dog presented.
We regret we cannot be held responsible for the results of any grooming performed, or refunds of any monies, if the client is not satisfied with the end results, unless such specific requests were made.
