Shipping policy

We choose to use Australia Post for shipping your purchases & we provide tracking with all orders placed. Prices are based on size & weight of parcel as per the Australia Post charges. All online orders are posted Australia wide only.

Products over 5kg are sent Melbourne Metro areas only.

All orders placed with shipping are sent out on Monday - Fridays weekly except for when it is a public holiday. 

All orders for local pick up are notified by email when items are ready for collection. Order pick ups are available during shop open hours only, proof of order & ID required.
